Storytelling Yoga

Fun and interactive sessions focusing on breath awareness, movement and storytelling; featuring live music, spoken word and poetic affirmations.



These exciting lessons are designed to develop motor-skills, balance, concentration and body awareness.

​

Using traditional Tai Chi, massage techniques and Yoga postures, participants will learn creative ways to improve flexibility and self- confidence.

Centred around fun and mindful-movement, Storytelling Yoga is based on Shel Silverstein’s classic ‘The Giving Tree’, which focuses on breath and body awareness.

Sessions feature live music such as singing bowls, didgeridoo and strange washing machine tubes!

Participants will re-connect with self and environment with simple postures and techniques inspired by nature and ancient wisdom traditions.

breathe and be FREE!
